With MyPocket application you can monitor your income & expense’s money flow. Update simultaneously the transactions of expense’s account and that of the corresponding banks’ accounts.
Working in a multi-users, multilingual and multi-currency environment, you’ll get for a selected time period, full reports regarding the income/expense’s transactions.

Bank account

Record the bank account’s Name, IBAN, Country and Currency. Avoid to record twice the same account by using the “Accounts’ duplicates finder”, which opens a list with similar names. Find easy the bank account you are looking for searching by part of name, city, country. Link a document related with the bank account

Payment method

The way in which the expense transaction payment is made (by Debit/Credit cards, Web transfer or in cash). Record the Name of payment method and the Linked bank account (if exists, blank for Cash).

Record an Update Transactions

The Amount of each recorded expense transaction has to de deducted from the corresponding Bank Account, if that exist.
To implement this, there are two ways:
1. Perform mandatory both Expense Transactions Update or Bank Transactions Update no matter the order, to record/update transactions, or
2. Perform only Expense & Bank Transactions Update that records and updates transactions on both Expense and corresponding Bank Account, simultaneously.

Events

Provides the possibility to define events (milestones) and to link each of them to a specific document so that any time, at a glance, to get all information you need regarding a specific subject.
Also, you’ll be warned periodically by the events which were set as recurring alarms.

Find Expense Transactions and Reports

Select the period of search and one or more Expense’s category. Choose to search for All, Positive, Negative or zero amounts.
Other search criteria: By Expense’s category, By Payment method, By Expense description. You can opt to get detailed or only with totals.

Find Bank Transactions and Reports

Select the period of search and one or more Bank accounts. Choose to search for All, Positive, Negative or zero amounts. In case that during the data processing different currencies are encountered, you have to choose the base currency in which will be expressed the amounts and set its exchange rates against the other currencies found. You can opt to get detailed or only with totals.

Multilingual

Select the language for display and printouts, choosing the appropriate language among English, French, Greek or Romanian.
